ONVIF Events

Requirements

• Once the video is added, there will be a label ONVIF Events on the video edit section where the events can be toggled on or off . The list of events as well as their actions are reported in the table below
• Select the + button to add an event. A list of events emitted to Compass will be shown. Select the eventto be notified for along with its value. There is also the option to search for keywords in the list of events . The dropdown option to select the Value is what was last reported and should be used to make your decision when selecting an appropriate Value (generally 1 can be equated to true and 0 for false). Be careful not to put any whitespace before or after the Value or else there will be no notification
• After adding an event it will now show up along with its Value , Action , and the option to delete it as a notification
• When the Value for the event is emitted, the action will occur. Below is an example of a web notification
