Assumption: User has an account with UVDS already and has created a Token on the UVDS portal.

In the Compass settings page, admin will need to define the UVDS_URL & UVDS_TOKEN

Once those parameters are set, and Compass has connectivity to the UVDS URL, an admin can manually add the feeds they wish to pull into Compass. The "Add a video" button will now show UVDS under Input Type, and the admins can select which feeds from UVDS they want to pull into Compass. Once a video is pulled into Compass, it can be used like any other video feed discovered by Compass.
